Fine Art Photographer

I’m a Colorado native with a passion for the outdoors and adventure.

After more than 35 years as an aerospace engineer I’ve turned the page and begun a new chapter in life. I love photography because few things are more satisfying to me than capturing an image that was first created in my mind’s eye and then having it come to life through the right balance of composition, technology and post-processing. This allows me to be both creative and a bit of a techno-nerd, a combination that suits me well!

You will see a wide variety of photographic genres in my gallery. This is by design, because what interests me most is light, color and storytelling – and that defies a singular genre.

I’ve traveled throughout the United States and many countries to capture these images. Hopefully you will enjoy the journey with me.
